Welcome to Central Coast Community Church

We believe that God knows us, loves us, and has called us together for a unique mission. Whilst being far from perfect, we aspire to be deeply spiritual and profoundly biblical. Using Jesus as our example, we seek opportunities to be His hands and feet by serving those around us.

Our main program starts at 10am with praise and worship, but come early for a cuppa and a chat from 9.30am. At 11.15am we have Interactive groups for most age groups, including babies, kids, teens, adults and more.

Kids (ages 0-9) have a fun-filled program with Bible stories, crafts, and games. Parents are welcome to join in.

Teens, youth and adults have activities and discussion groups where Jesus is the central focus.

What to expect when you visit

What should I wear?

Come as you are. We want you to be comfortable, so please make sure you wear what you feel comfortable in. There is no need to dress up, and most people wear casual clothes.

What time do you begin?

Our worship service begins at 10am, but come any time after 9.30am for a cuppa and a chat with others. 11.30am is the time our Interactive Classes begin, and they go until approximately 12noon. These are discussion groups on various topics. If you’re the shy type who doesn’t like speaking amongst people you don’t know that’s totally fine, there is no pressure to say anything.

There are discussion groups for Teens, Youth and Adults, and Children’s age-specific groups. You can, of course, leave any time you wish.

Where are you located?

We are located at 11-13 Hely St Wyong. This is our new permanent home. There are still some renovations to be done, but we are enjoying being able to meet here.

What do you do at a typical service?

We begin with some singing and music led by the worship team, then sometimes a creative segment, and an opportunity to give (you are NOT under any obligation to give). There will be a sermon, comprised of some Bible teaching and how to live our lives to the fullest. It’s all very casual and relaxed.

What is the music like?

We have several musicians that play for us that all have their own unique style. Our music could best be described as contemporary, with old and new worship songs. Most people stand whilst singing but that’s up to you.

Where can I sit?

Feel free to sit wherever you feel comfortable.

What can I expect for my kids?

Our worship is multi-generational allowing our families to worship together as one. We have specific age-appropriate children’s programs from 11.30am which feature activities, crafts, stories, and fun!

Is your church wheelchair-friendly?

Our venue is on ground level and features handicapped parking spaces right at the front door. There are no steps into the building and the bathroom is wheelchair accessible.

Where do I park?

There is a car park at the rear of the building, including handicapped car spaces. You can enter the building directly from the car park. If that area is full, we use the small car park further down Hely St, past the Oasis building.

We have lunch together on the first Saturday of each month. You are welcome to join us and there is no need to bring anything.

We have a range of different classes to cater for every age group and a variety of interests. We aim to keep an open and judgment free environment where everyone can learn, share, and discuss.

We are looking forward to our weekly communal lunches beginning again soon. In the meantime, lunch is served on the first Saturday of each month after Interactive.

WE ARE NOW MEETING IN OUR OWN BUILDING AT 11-13 HELY ST, WYONG. WE ARE STILL WORKING ON THE SPACE TO MAKE IT OUR OWN. WE WANT OUR CHURCH TO BE NOT ONLY A PLACE OF WORSHIP BUT A CENTRE OF SPIRITUAL INFLUENCE IN THE COMMUNITY. WE WOULD LOVE TO HAVE YOU JOIN US.
