Our facility is available for hire

Central Coast Community Church is in Wyong on the corner of Hely and Anzac Streets. We do not use the building daily, so are offering our facility for hire to local businesses. There are two main meeting areas and some smaller office spaces available.

Central Wyong CBD location with a short walk to bus stops and Wyong Train Station. Two discrete meeting areas for hire each with their own bathrooms and kitchen. Onsite parking for 20 cars. Air conditioning throughout the building and free WiFi is included. The building is available for hire from Sunday to Friday.

The LOWER Meeting Space has Anzac Parade street access, measures approximately 11 x 8.8 metres and has a seating capacity of 50-60.

The UPPER Meeting Space has Hely St access, measures approximately 21.5 x 9 metres, and has a seating capacity of 150.

The property is NOT available for hire on Saturdays up to 2 pm.

The Lower Hall

Ramp Access

Ramp access via Hely Street and Anzac Rd. There is easy access for wheelchairs or people with mobility issues.

Bathrooms with Disabled Access

Our downstairs bathroom is suitable for disabled or people with mobility issues. There are also baby-changing facilities.

Tables and Chairs

There are multiple tables and 50 chairs available for use. In addition to these, there are 2 lounge chairs available.

Air Conditioning

There is air conditioning that has been fully serviced in 2024.

Kitchenette

There is a kitchenette for tea/coffee/snack making. Also available is a dishwasher, bar fridge, microwave and Zip boiler.

Television

There is a wall-mounted 65-inch Smart TV.

The Upper Hall

Ramp Access

There is easy access for wheelchairs or people with mobility issues. Ramp access via Hely Street, and level access via the carpark.

Foyer

There is a foyer measuring approximately 4 x 3.7 metres, with 2 chairs and a small side table, that could be used for greeting your guests.

Internal and External Bathrooms

There are internal bathrooms as well as an external disabled-access bathroom. There are also baby-changing facilities in the inside bathroom.

Two Seperate Meeting Rooms

There is a small meeting room upstairs that has been affectionately dubbed “The Aquarium”. It measures approximately 4.3 x 2.8 metres and has a maximum seating capacity of 12-15 people.

Another small meeting room beside the kitchen measures approximately 3 x 2.8 metres and has a maximum seating capacity of 13-15 people.

There are multiple tables and 150 chairs available for use.

Kitchen

There is a good sized kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven and Zip boiler. There are small appliances, crockery and cutlery for 150, and 20 tablecloths.

Televisions

There are 2 wall-mounted 65-inch Smart TV’s.

There is a stage measuring approximately 6 x 2.7 metres raised approximately 40cm off the ground. This can be removed or stacked if not wanted. Directly opposite the stage and mounted on the wall are 2x smart TVs. There is stage lighting.
